RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final, We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges may be available under limited circumstances. This policy is in place for health and sanitation reasons.
Thoroughly review all details, product descriptions, photos, and read the shop policies before making a purchase. Take the time necessary to choose an item that will work best for you.
If an item is damaged due to quality issues, customers must email their concerns within 14 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. Items returned for exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. I will provide updates in case of any unforeseen delays.

At the moment, I only ship within the US.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW JEWELRY
Detailed care instructions will be added to your order.
Please keep in mind that all handmade jewelry pieces are delicate and require careful handling. Avoid contact with water and remember to remove your jewelry when swimming, washing dishes, engaging in sports, or taking a shower. Copper and brass will naturally develop a patina over time. For cleaning, use a soft polishing cloth.
Store your jewelry in a dry container or box to keep it safe.
