CANCELLATION

I gladly accept cancellations.  Please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At the moment all sales are final due to covid-19 and returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Please make sure you carefully check all details, product description and photos, and read shop policies before payment.

Please contact me if there is a damage or problem with your jewelry, I will be happy to help.

PROCESSING TIME

I aim to ship within 3-5 working days as I usually ship Wednesdays and Fridays.  I will contact you with the update in case of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment I only ship within the US.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS Priority.

WRAPPING

All jewelry is nicely packaged in a Daisy's and Lilly's box ready for gift giving.  Attached to your order are care instructions and contact information.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW JEWELRY

Detailed care instructions will be added to your order.

Please note that all handmade jewelry pieces are delicate and should be handled with care.  Remember to avoid contact with water and remove you piece when swimming, washing dishes, being sport active or taking a shower. Copper and brass will naturally patina overtime, for cleaning, use a soft polishing cloth. Store jewelry in a dry container or box.
